They got me in promptly and performed the installation of my battery promptly and competently. However, had to wait while my key and paperwork sat on the counter in front of the agent while he snarfed down h my battery promptly and competently. They are selling "Ford Gold Certified" Vehicles that have NOT been certified or inspected. Paid $75k for what was supposed to be a fully inspected and Gold Certified 2020 Ford F-350. Flew to Nampa to pick i NOT been certified or inspected. Paid $75k for what was supposed to be a fully inspected and Gold Certified 2020 Ford F-350. Flew to Nampa to pick it up and found out they had brought the truck in from Canada meaning no factory warranty. They supplied an aftermarket warranty of some kind. After leaving the dealership my Ford Pass connected to truck and started throwing numerous faults most of which would have made the Check Engine light come on, but it was not lit up. Got home took it to my mechanic and discovered the check engine light had been disabled in the computer and there we numerous problems with the truck. Front brakes were bad, TCU needed to be replaced, etc and spent the next 3 months correcting the problems Nampa Ford would have caught had they actually inspected the truck. Your Salesman will vanish after the sale, the Sales Manager will not return calls or emails and eventually, I had to track down the GM to get the problems corrected and reimbursed for thousands of dollars of repairs. As Icing on the cake, Ford Corporate did nothing to help me. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM NAMPA FORD WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION! More
