Everything went well, except my new truck over heated due to a coolant leak. That, hopefully, has been fixed. I also found a dent on the driver side door that should not be on a new vehicle. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced my service man was friendly the technicians did what they supposed to do. Your people had snacks and beverages there. Work seems to be done decent, just know what you've HAD done. They are good at up-selling. Question why the additional work is needed. Is it based on mileage recommended, time since last service, or via visual inspection. My experience is they look at time and mileage recommendations and don't check your service history. More

Gave a 4 because the initial appointment was supposed to complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. I came back at 4:15 as I was told that it was going well and vehicle would be done by 5pm. complete two issues. Vehicle was in the shop at 9:30am. I came back at 4:15 as I was told that it was going well and vehicle would be done by 5pm. When I arrived I found out that the second item was not done and I needed to reschedule for the item to be repaired. Found out that the technician was taken off my vehicle to work on someone else’s vehicle. I was not happy about that. More
The dealership service staff was incredibly polite and courteous. Great to work with however the issue that we brought the vehicle in for was not able to be fixed as they could not determine what the issu courteous. Check engine light continue to come on when temps are close to 0 but since everything tested successful for that check engine light they had no other solutions and could not assist. This was disappointing since they are one of the main Jeep dealerships in the area and service under our warranty. As a consumer this was frustrating cause now I have to get it fixed somewhere else since the experts were stumped. More
