Service department needs to be reviewed. Bought my ram rebel exactly 1 yr ago yesterday. In December 2021, the air suspension would occasionally leak and not refill. Putvit in a heated garage and it would work in the morning. Jan 2022 after a 3wk wait to get in, they say compressor valveboc bad. $1515 to fix. It would still deflate but went back up when I pushed the button. Late April/early may started having same problem. Got it in May 11th after a couple wks wait. This time they say compressor is bad. $1469, that brings us to now. Truck was at airport Thursday to Friday and bags were deflated again(1st cold day since May when last work was done) was just told it will cost $1059 because an air suspension bag is leaking. I really think they don't have a clue and just replace the next piece. After today there are 3 air suspension bags left. I guess who ever buys this truck next will only need to replace them (unless corwin starts over with a new owner) . Also they told me the front swaybar links were broke. I just replaced them in June. Will look when I get the truck home to see if they are. So,$4200 in 53 weeks I driven vehicle about 5000 miles, out of town twice. Once to casselton ( half the ride with no air suspension) VERY bad trip. Once this summer to the lake, no problems that trip. Really got screwed with this truck, thanks corwin, you won't get me again. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!! More

I have give this place 3 tries and every time the fail big. first time my I have my new jeep in for warranty work to replace rear cam. get my jeep back and they "forgot to reinstall" my after market 3rd big. first time my I have my new jeep in for warranty work to replace rear cam. get my jeep back and they "forgot to reinstall" my after market 3rd brake light ($100) value one of there techs took home or through away. Second time jeep was in to work on radio that failed a over the air update. waiting on parts a storm was coming in I called and stopped by to check on jeep because it had soft top on and I did not want it left out side with high winds and chance of hail. I was told it would be fine. It was not. When I picked up the jeep rear window had leaked in the high winds and not my rear storage area has standing water. 3 fail was in for an oil change. I waited for it at the dealer. everything seemed fine after service. I get home and park for an hour and go out and find 3 large puddles of oil under the jeep. opened the hood to find they dumped oil all over the side of the motor area where the filter is. Called to talk with service manager. was transferred around then was sent to someone to take a message. week has gone by and no one has called or emailed back More
I purchased my vehicle at Corwin 7 months ago. Every time since then when I’ve brought my car in for service, no one has ever been able to find record of the service contract I purchased, then have trouble f since then when I’ve brought my car in for service, no one has ever been able to find record of the service contract I purchased, then have trouble finding my appointments, and service on my vehicle is not only never fully completed as promised, but takes hours upon hours. An appointment to fix a flat took over 2 hours. Then this week I went in for an appointment that I’d made over 3 weeks ago, and once again they couldn’t find my appointment or car info without a big hassle. Then after waiting over an hour for a simple oil change, they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have an oil filter in stock for my Honda Accord. They had over 3 weeks notice to have made sure they had a filter. Instead they told me that they don’t keep them in stock so they’d have to get one delivered to them. 2 1/2 hours later I was finally given my vehicle back. The oil change was done, but as per the usual, they did not complete all the work I’d been promised could be done at that appointment. I had informed them upon making my appointment that I also needed the front seat belt release button fixed, however once at the appointment they told me that no, they could not do that. Every time I go in there, I am promised things that are not delivered upon, and simple service work takes a minimum of 2 hours. Very frustrating experiences every time. More
We have been a Chrysler owner for more than 10 years and not matter how many times we get reassigned to a service specialist, because the last one quit is something that needs to be considered by the owner not matter how many times we get reassigned to a service specialist, because the last one quit is something that needs to be considered by the owner or upper management. Pour service combined with a service team that seems very limited on experience. What ever you do, do not give them your educated assesmement of the problem because they do not listen. Our final straw was when the service agent failed to record any of the work that had been accomplished to troubleshoot a power steering issue. 6 months waiting on parts (possibly due to the issues everyone is having getting parts) but when I called them to see when the date of arrival was estimated...the new service agent stated we don't even see you are waiting on service or repairs in your file???? What ever and for whatever reason "we checked and that part has been discontinued". Okay, so what is your plan to repair a power steering pump? We need you to bring in the car so we can assess the issue and get the part locally??? First of all, had they truly provided customer service from the get go, they would have logged the issue to my account and followed up on a regular basis to keep the customer informed...NOW we are starting over, AGAIN? It's winter, things do not work well in the winter, pumps love to fail in the winter. We have not driven the car for fear of being left on the road for more than 3 months, and now, you wish to try and fix our service issue? Where has this customer service been since the beginning? I must say I am done with Chrysler products in the Fargo area. Do NOT use these folks as a service place for your vehicle. More
