DON'T BUY A JEEP! TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER ONLY 27000 MILES. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX IT. DIDN'T RETURN CALLS. After all that we went through with having my 2019 Ram air recharge, the manager (I think that is who it was). Text me and said he would investigate it and get back to me. (They had lost my vehicle inside air recharge, the manager (I think that is who it was). Text me and said he would investigate it and get back to me. (They had lost my vehicle inside thier shop, told me it would be done by 2:00 pm, called me after hours to tell me that I wouldn’t get it back the same day, and other reasons). Anyway, I ask him for the Dodge regional manager’s name and number. It’s been over a month and haven’t heard any thing from anyone. (Customer satisfaction obviously is not their strong point). With dealers like this, I guess this will be my first and last Dodge truck purchase. More
Had my 2019 ram in for an AC charge. I had an appointment for 11AM. The service rep sad that it would be done by 2:00. They never replied to me even though I gave them my current number. I call them around 2:30 and no one knew anything about it. They told me that I was wrong, that I didn’t have an appointment. About a half hour later I called again. They said that they lost it in thier shop because I didn’t have an appointment. You’d think they would have questioned a truck that was setting in the way for hours. They also said that they tried calling me at three different times. I had her give me the number that they called. It was the phone number for the prior owner. I had told them that it had to be done by the end of the day because I needed it that evening. Should have not been a problem because the job should have only taken 1/4 hour-1 hour. I called them again at 4:30 but was told that the service department was too busy to answer the phone but one of the managers would call me back. I called them back several times after that but was unable to get ahold of the service dept. Then when I called back at a little after 5:30, I was told that the service dept was closed and no one was there. Was told that I should call back in the morning. Then about an hour later a guy called me and said that if I had Cash or a credit card and get down there right away that he would release it to me. I did receive a call from a manager(I think that’s what he was), later the next day. I was unable to answer the phone at that time so he left a voice mail. He appoligised and said that there was nothing they could do for me. Too bad you can’t give a -5 rating. More
I do NOT recommend corwin to anyone. I had my vehicle in for service that was covered under warranty. A month later I noticed damage on the edges of my hood. This damage could have only I had my vehicle in for service that was covered under warranty. A month later I noticed damage on the edges of my hood. This damage could have only occurred while the hood was open. The only time the hood was open in that month was in Corwin’s shop. I originally brought the concern to the service manager, Shane. He had me go get an estimate which stated there was over $3,000 in damage. He then said he was going to bring it to the general manager, Daren Woulet. I never received a call back from Shane on the result of this conversation. This is the first disappointment I had with this company. I was finally able to reach Shane when he said they were not going to do anything about this $3,000 damage they caused. I then asked for Daren Woulet’s (the general manager) number. I called Daren at least 7 days in a row and left multiple messages with no response. This is the second disappointment I had with this company . I finally decided to show up in person in which Daren knew exactly who I was. Daren made me feel inferior, stupid, and did not take my concerns seriously. This was my third disappointment with this company. They did not offer ANY type of compensation for the damages they caused. I will never do any type of business Corwin again. More
