I had an oil change appointments for 10 am. Was there st 945. Told the service guy I would be waiting. Was yd on the phone when I booked it that it would take about an hour. Your service guys must realize that your customers are busy too and rely on honesty related to schedule. I would have been ok if someone would have come and told me they were running behind as I had other business appointments I could have gone to and come back. Communication Comunication.
