March 2017, the check engine light came on, so I brought it in for service. Turns out it had a cracked cylinder head (which was covered under an extended recall). I told them that while the engine was torn apart, they should replace the spark plugs, since I was unsure if they had ever been replaced. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they told me the cost of replacing the spark plugs was somewhere around 450 dollars. I was blown away, so I asked to see the invoice. The invoice they showed me showed me being billed for parts and labor for replacing 16 spark plugs. I don't have a Hemi in my Jeep, so I don't have 16 plugs. I asked them how it was possible for them to replace 16 spark plugs in my vehicle, and they told me that it's because I have a Hemi. I stared at him for a second and told him that is not true, I have a V6. He called his manager over, and I explained how they were trying to screw me on parts/labor. He corrected the bill, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth. Fast forward to today. I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. As the vehicle was finishing up, the service writer came to try to up sell me some "recommended" services. He started by trying to get me to agree to a 110 dollar brake fluid flush, since, in his words, "your brake fluid is very dark and needs to be replaced". I let him finish his xx he was trying to sell me before I told him that the brakes were just done a month ago, including the brake fluid. In fact, there was a brake fluid leak, so I was constantly having to top off the fluid until I got it fixed, so it's kinda hard for my fluid to be "old and dirty". He then backpedaled and said that it was just recommended based on the mileage of the vehicle. Strange how just a second prior, he was claiming my brake fluid was old and dirty. I will be taking my Jeep to the GM dealership next door from now on, I don't care if they are not Chrysler based. More

I wish I could give 0/5 I would NEVER recommend Corwin Dodge Chrysler service to anyone. You are never able to get a hold of anyone via phone, making you have to go in before I would NEVER recommend Corwin Dodge Chrysler service to anyone. You are never able to get a hold of anyone via phone, making you have to go in before anything. Once you drive in, you must stand around and wait for anyone to help you, and every service advisor there has their own agenda. They are rude and condescending. Never take your vehicle here if you want good service. More
Cassidy was extremely helpful! I have been looking for a new car for a while now, and I contacted Cassidy about it. He was extremely adament in helping me find the right car by chec I have been looking for a new car for a while now, and I contacted Cassidy about it. He was extremely adament in helping me find the right car by checking out all the Corwin dealerships for the kind of car I was looking for. He met me at the Corwin Wholesale lot to check out a car, even that he works at Corwin Chrysler. What a guy! Ultimately I ended up buying a car from another city. This is because I was being very picky about the type of car I wanted. Cassidy is super friendly, helpful, and extremely easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all. Go have Cassidy help you find the prefect car you're looking for! More

Very Professional Service I bring in several vehicles a month for the organization I work for. There is one Service Advisor that stands out as one of the best: Jim Mitzel. W I bring in several vehicles a month for the organization I work for. There is one Service Advisor that stands out as one of the best: Jim Mitzel. When you visit with Jim, you quickly realize that he likes his job and is dedicated to helping you. He always calls back to either give you an update on your vehicle or tell you it's finished. While Corwin has many other service personnel that do a good job, Jim by far is the best! If you get lucky enough to have him assigned to your vehicle, you be assured that you will be taken care of! Nice job!!!!! More
Corwin Dodge damaged my $70,000 truck DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. I would be careful to trust any reviews over 3-stars with this company. They delete any negative feedback and DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. I would be careful to trust any reviews over 3-stars with this company. They delete any negative feedback and block you from their Facebook page. A lot of the reviews on Google and other sites look staged. Their PR department is very active. They damaged my $70,000 truck and the GM refuses to accept accountability. The service I received was xxxx-poor, and when questioned they got defensive. I drove my truck 1.5hrs away to another Dodge dealer, and was told the damage they cause due to their poor craftsmanship (the work I questioned) will take over a week to repair. The GM told me I “accepted shipment” when I drove my new truck with 5,000mi on off the lot. Nope. I’m involving corporate. And if that doesn’t work, I’ll see them in court. I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket to fix something “professionals” were paid for and failed to do correctly the first time. Edit: Corwin responded to me here but I’m not sure how to reply. So I’ll edit my post to reflect. Corwin Dodge never offered to go above and beyond to discount the work and fix the issues. Corwin Dodge threatened to place a lien against my vehicle because I refused to pay full price for poor quality work. Corwin Dodge told me to seek my future service work elsewhere and that I “accepted shipment”. The only thing Corwin Dodge offered was to have a second chance to further damage my truck, which I declined. My offer is, and will be until end of business, that Corwin Dodge allow another Dodge dealer in Jamestown, ND to fix their mistakes at Corwin Dodge’s cost. As to your allegation of publicily attacking your employees on “their social media accounts”, that is a bold faced lie. Dealerrater.com gives a consumer the opportunity to review company employees. If you do not appreciate my naming of the gentleman who referred to himself as the top GM, maybe you shouldn’t use a website that allows such. If you continue that claim, I will add that to the lawsuit I will file if you do not comply. Please note, I have recorded every conversation and taken screenshots of every post I have made. When you are ready to comply with my requests, you have my contact information. Otherwise, I will see Corwin Dodge, it’s owners, Tofflimers, and the employees I have had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for your time. More

The worst! Let me start by saying, if I could give this company a negative star, they would get 4 of them. My wife and purchased a 2014 Jeep from them not long Let me start by saying, if I could give this company a negative star, they would get 4 of them. My wife and purchased a 2014 Jeep from them not long ago, we were initially told by the salesman that it had a limited warranty left on it, so we signed the paperwork, and about 2 hours later and after being approached by 6 different people (I am not kidding), we left. My wife drives the car for kid you not, 5 days, and we are back in the store having something repaired. Remember that limited warranty we were told about, it turned out that the car did not have one after all, just a lie the salesman told us when selling us the vehicle. That was the first return to the dealership for repairs. Another month went by and oh guess what we are back at the dealership for more repairs, only this time they fixed one problem and created another (one that no other mechanic could figure out) so for the third time in less then a year we brought the Jeep back in to have more repair work done. They don’t know what the problem is! They guessed it may be this and later found that it was that. Frustrated by this, we reached out to Chrysler Jeep and made our case, they didn’t care and were not going to do anything. After they figured out what the problem was, they called us and told us we could get the vehicle in and they would take the cost of the diagnostic check ($123.00) off of the cost of the repair, and my wife was even told that she would only have to pay for the part, not the labor (by their head mechanic no less). We had had enough and since Corwins was not willing to do more then refund one diagnostic fee (which remember, they told us they would), we decided to get rid of the Jeep and purchase a new car from a different dealership (best decision ever). Now they are refusing to refund the diagnostic fee, because the mechanic that offered the refund, apparently needs to be paid and that is our responsibility, not Corwins. Crooks! I highly recommend you go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. We wish we had. More
