I feel that the Corwins are only still in business because the Fargo Moorhead area only has one option for Dodge and Rams purchases and service. There business model is to control the market to have n because the Fargo Moorhead area only has one option for Dodge and Rams purchases and service. There business model is to control the market to have no competition. I believe they are to greed to do what is best for the customer and earn their trust and return business. I work business and know it is hard to please everyone. However, I believe my expectations are reasonable. I purchased my truck from Corwin Ram about 2 years ago. My experience in dealing with the sales side you are just a number on the goal sheet. At least with my sales person. One of the largest issues I had is that is my sales person didn’t share information until I asked. An example is that after all the paperwork was complete and I was ready to leave in my new vehicle I noticed that there was only one set of keys. When I brought this up to the salesman. He just say that I’d have to buy one. Because the previous owner didn’t provide one. Through alot of discussion I was able to get a second. I don’t believe I should have to beg for a second set. This should not have been my issue. The service is also been an issue also. I’ve had two repairs that had to be done by a Dodge dealership due to the repair could only be done by a dealer. through this process, long story short Corwin‘s needed to repair a part (alternator/Generator) that they stated wasn’t warranty and would be my expense. I ended up calling another dealership. They stated that that the part was under warranty and it was covered 100%. Corwin would have cost me $2,400. Also the other dealership had it fixed the next day. I always what to work with a local businesses unfortunately Corwin isn’t interested in keeping mine. More
