Poor customer service new car sales department My wife and I stopped at the Fargo location, talked with a sales person about a new Jeep Wrangler, gave him our phone number and email address, he st My wife and I stopped at the Fargo location, talked with a sales person about a new Jeep Wrangler, gave him our phone number and email address, he stated he would get back to us on what they had and with the equipment we wanted, that was 3 weeks ago never heard from him, we purchased a new Wrangler last week, will not return to the dealership for any future purchases, total waste of time... ...and it was not overly busy when we stopped so that excuse cannot be used...our neighbor HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE..nice looking dealership just a terrible customer service experience...
