Salesman was nice. Was in desperate need of a car and found one that I liked. Except it had paint scratches a cracked sunroof and bulge in the tire. They had the vehicled marked up $2,000. They wouldn't even lower the price for me to cover getting sunroof repaired and said that the price they had listed is fair even with everything that needed to be repaired. More

Found new truck online, contacted salesman, was good on sticker price, were then told 1000k down to hold while we came from out of state. Salesman then asked some personal status questions for possible dis sticker price, were then told 1000k down to hold while we came from out of state. Salesman then asked some personal status questions for possible discounts…like veteran and disability etc. being a 100 percent disabled veteran he said that should qualify and he would get things started and call us back. Well, on the call back he said his manager changed things and the price was now 3000k higher than discussed earlier. We said no thanks, nice bait and switch you got going there. Then refused to give us the name of the district manager for that area. Two thumbs down! Troy seemed nice, but supposedly hamstrung by higher ups. So not a fighter for his customer. More
