Poor Techs Worst experience with a dealership ever. No troubleshooting done at all. It nearly killed me and my grandsons as my truck went out of control and went off the road. Purchased parts from parts store and I fixed it myself in about an hour. More

don't go here don't buy a vehicle here!! and if you don don't take it to their service dept. i don't know if they are just lazy or don't have any mechanics that ar don't buy a vehicle here!! and if you don don't take it to their service dept. i don't know if they are just lazy or don't have any mechanics that are trained to work on what they sell here. i took my new pickup to have some things fixed that had stop working in the truck. i made an appointment. after 1 1/2 hours they came and got me and told me that the mechanic said you don't have that feature on your truck. so after getting very upset because i had been waiting for that long. i showed them that the truck indeed had that feature on it. they took it back and after another hour told me i would have to come back so they could fix it. i told them i would never come back. i took it to a real dodge dealer and was in and out w in a hour!!! More

Worst Service ever experienced My jeep has been in twice for the same issue (nearly $1000 to fix), neither time would this dealership give me a loaner car. They had the car for 6 da My jeep has been in twice for the same issue (nearly $1000 to fix), neither time would this dealership give me a loaner car. They had the car for 6 days. Have had the car serviced and repaired there for three years. The part they put in to fix the car initially was guaranteed. Car did the same thing, Corwin would not tow it in. Claims the issue is not the same thing even though the repair message in the car is the same and the failure of the rear suspension is the same. Had to call multiple times while the dealership had the car as I never received a call from them to explain what was going on. Took my car to another dodge dealer, they did not charge me to diagnose. Corwin charged me both times to diagnose the problem. Plan to have the part pulled to check serial numbers and see if the part was really even replaced. Additionally, when they put the new module on, I asked for the part number and found the part on the MOPAR site for $300 less than the dealership was charging me. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS More

A couple of weeks after buying it, I noticed my car had no oil in it and had to put I bought a car 2 months ago from Corwin Dodge in Springfield, mo. A couple of weeks after buying it, I noticed my car had no oil in it and had to put several quarts in. Today I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor and took it to Corwin's service center to see what the issue was. They informed me that the oil sending unit was defective and they are going to help me get the issue taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks Corwin! More

Warranty van repair, ended up buying a new van. We were in Branson, from Minneapolis, Minnesota for vacation and our van broke down. The repair was under warranty but the dealership didn't have the part because it was an unusual part. Said it would take 5 days. The lead manager of the repair shop got wind of our situation and started calling around to find our part to get our van repaired within a day. We've had terrible problems with our Dodge van since we purchased it in 2013. Corwin offered to pay-off our van if we could pick out a new or used vehicle in it place. We jumped on that and ended up using their finance to close the deal. great experience. Paul in repair department was absolutely amazing! Everyone we worked with there went out of there way to make sure we were happy and satisfied! Highly recommend! More
