The process was stress free and almost fun considering that purchasing a new vehicle is so expensive. It is nice to see employees actually like what they do and have a good time doing it. I will definitely recommend the team at Corwin Dodge of Springfield More

Mr Phillips canceled my next appointment and told us whe can't do our dodge warranty work there.be very aware. Also treated less than poor being I didn't buy there. I got the same van at don Vance for 2000 less and had a positive experience More
All was well when I started looking at vehicles, the salesman was, of course, out the door and to me as soon as I got on the lot. After looking at several that fit what I wanted, we took one for a test salesman was, of course, out the door and to me as soon as I got on the lot. After looking at several that fit what I wanted, we took one for a test drive. It was a color that I didn't particularly like and was not at the price I was looking for so we went back to the lot and I choose another. This one fit all my needs so I told the salesman what I would give for it and he said if I was buying today we had a deal. At that point we shook hands and headed back to the dealership to do the paperwork. I'm setting at his desk making out my check when the sales manger comes over with the papers for me to sign to take the car. I start to sign but then I look at the totals and it is $3999.00 higher than what the salesman and I had agreed to. When I asked what was up with that the sales manager said that the guy was new with them and didn't have the right to make that deal. He said that what he was selling the car to me for was a good deal and I should accept it. I DONT THINK SO. I have always believed that a handshake was a sealed contract, good bad or indifferent. If the man was not capable of doing business with customers he should not be on the lot. No one had a problem with him dealing with me as a customer before we made the agreement, only afterward. They tried to make me feel as if I really needed to buy at the higher price and I'm sure that if I were not as strong of a person as I am they would have pushed even harder. I got the attitude of "your a woman, we know what's best for you". I went to a different dealer the next day and bought what I wanted at the price that was agreed upon. On hassle no muss, no fuss.
