A pleasant purchasing experience Because I was an hour away from the dealership I was able to pre-negotiate pricing. When I did arrive I was greeted by the salesman and sales manager. New truck sales by Rich Broom Rich Broom put up with us constantly roaming the lot looking for the right truck. Usually the trucks were all slightly different than what I believed Rich Broom put up with us constantly roaming the lot looking for the right truck. Usually the trucks were all slightly different than what I believed we needed. This guy was trying to sell us a truck again and again !! :D We'd walk away, deciding to wait it out. Finally a truck arrived that fit the bill. Rich Broom was great with assistance in getting the truck bought quick and easy.
