Once we decided we would like to test drive the car, he was quick to get us on the road. He was very patient with us as we tested every button, tried every feature, and he was easygoing and friendly, he even smiled while we jammed to the radio while stopping short to test the brakes. Once we were ready to make the purchase, Griffin worked efficiently to keep the ball rolling as we negotiated terms our terms with the financing department. They even got us approved on President’s Day when all the banks were closed. They were even willing to take our trade in sight unseen, and sent our daughter on her merry way with a fresh car wash, a full tank of gas, and a 60 day temp tag. We made several comments about all the upscale finishes and amenities of their beautiful new building and showroom, that Griffin gave us the tour while we waited, he made us comfortable and gave us snacks and drinks. THATS BULL_HIT...Not to mention they telling me that ever tire has a different tread rating. THE DEALER SHOULD BE REPLACING THE TIRES IF THAT IS THE CASE, NOT OUT OF MY POCKET!!!! Will never do business this this dealership ever!!! More
