A little later the lot got a used Jeep, all we had to do was send a text to Rich and the quality care began. There was no pressure to buy, which is hard to find these days. You don’t feel like dealing with a sales person when Rich talks to you, he makes sure he sticks by your side through the entire process. I truly appreciate everything he did for us to be able to get a “new to us” vehicle. As long as Rich is there, we will not be going anywhere else. More
