Schyler was a great help in finding my dream car. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get me a great deal. I will definitely use this dealership again. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get me a great deal. I will definitely use this dealership again. More

Sales Rep, Bill S., presented vehicle features and details with process alternatives, helping us make our decision. Bill involved Rhett P., Service and Shop, in selecting special equipment to be installed and in addressing mechanical questions. Alejandro N., Finance, worked us through the financing and paperwork. They listened to our needs and worked to address each one. We live in Kentucky. A year ago, an accident on a trip in Missouri damaged our vehicle. It was towed to Corwin and repaired while we waited in Kentucky to pick it up. All arranged on the phone. I was so impressed a year ago, I said we would come back to give Corwin a shot at our next new auto. We did, and Corwin continued to impress with the most responsive, reasonably priced, honest and trustworthy business I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Well worth the drive from Kentucky. THANK YOU, BILL, RHETT, ALEJANDRO! More
My car salesman Damon Bess is highly recommended. Damon and Tyler worked very hard and were very patient with my shopping for a vehicle. I don't normally write reviews, but this one I felt absolutely deserved it! My husband and I have been to numerous dealerships over the years (a span of over 15 years now) to buy vehicles, RVs, and ATV absolutely deserved it! My husband and I have been to numerous dealerships over the years (a span of over 15 years now) to buy vehicles, RVs, and ATVs, and let me start by saying our experience with Corwin has by far exceeded every single previous dealership. I was dreading the usual antics of most dealerships when we went to upgrade my truck. However, we weren't met with any of them at Corwin! We were never pushed or pressured into anything. Schyler was amazing in getting a deal that we were comfortable with and was an absolute champ in entertaining my 6-year-old son. They also paid my old loan from my trade-in off in such a quick fashion, which we have had issues with at previous dealers. When it comes time to upgrade my husband's truck we will be coming back to Corwin! More
I had an issue with my Caliber where all signs pointed to the issue being with the PCM. I took my vehicle to a shop, and they told me that it must be the PCM and that they did not have the tools to repair/r the issue being with the PCM. I took my vehicle to a shop, and they told me that it must be the PCM and that they did not have the tools to repair/replace and reprogram the PCM and recommended that I go to the dealer. Well great, the last time I was here, they "forgot" about my appointment and held my vehicle over the weekend to do a recall service, and then quoted me $1000+ in repairs. Hey, do the recall and give me my vehicle back, how about that? Anyways, I take my vehicle to the dealer and I explain to them, I have an issue with the PCM, can you check if it is functioning properly and if not, quote me for the replacement. They end up telling me that the PCM is working fine, that they had their "best tech" look at it, that he "builds his own computers" and "knows his stuff." Yeah, right. Even though the PCM was faulty and throwing innacurate codes, they ended up quoting me repairs based off the codes, which tells me that they did not even pop the hood open and look at anything. News flash, anyone can read a code and say "Well it looks like that's your problem right there hurdurdur." So, I thought, if these guys aren't going to sell me a new PCM, where else am I going to have to look? I go online and buy a rebuilt PCM and swap it out into my vehicle and you would not believe it, the codes are gone, the check engine light is off, and all the issues I was having just magically disappeared. It almost feels like the PCM was causing some sort of problems with my vehicle??? The worst part is that their diagnostic fee was more expensive than the replacement part; why the xxxx did I even bother with these clowns in the first place? Ask yourself that question before you ever come close to bringing your vehicle in to be serviced at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Springfield, MO. All they are concerned with is getting you to agree to overpriced repairs that you may not even need. They quoted me $270 to replace spark plugs, how many of you does it take that it costs that much to replace plugs? The advisors are just salesmen, and the shop technicians cannot tell the difference between a functioning and malfunctioning part. Take your vehicle and your business elsewhere! More
