Horible experance These people are 100% on top of things when your looking but not once you have purchased. Careful purchasing anything here. You will have no support and won't even get all that was promised (Still not seen that owners manual). Bought from them 5 weeks ago and have less that one week of that where I was able to drive the car. Already have a bill above 2k for the repairs. I rate these guys like I would many of the used car lots. I won't say all of the used lots however because I have met many that were very good people to work with. Just be careful if you do find yourself having to deal with these guys. Don't assume because they are a new dealer that they will be there for you or you may find yourself learning a hard lesson. The salesperson we worked with, Mike Barnes, is the same person we have worked with on all four purchases. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is not pushy or high pressure. Just wants to help you find what you need. When Mike was unavailable for a time, another salesperson, Mr Bill Strong, jumped in and helped us find and test drive a vehicle. He was very helpful and professional. It was a great experience. More
7 hrs of waiting I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not funct I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not functioning correctly. 2 preset stations on the sound system is deleted when you shut the truck off. Arrived at 9am as appointment was made 3 weeks prior (3 Weeks) wow!! Was told if it was going to take long they would get me a loner. After 3 hours I went out to the service department asking how it was going and was told they almost hand it. At 5 hrs I did the same thing and was told they were finishing up. At 7 hrs I was told they had been in touch with Chrysler and they couldn’t figure out a fix . So after 7 hours , there wasn’t 1 time a service department person came into the waiting room to inform me of progress or problems, I always had to chase someone down to find out what was going on. To top it off I left with nothing but a oil change and tire rotation and a half xxx exclamation that they don’t know what is going on or how to fix it. I know it’s a new truck but , the 19 s have been out almost a year and you would think they would have the bugs worked out. All in all this service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. You missed this one Corbin Dodge. More

He was helpful in making an appointment that was great for our family. When we went to the dealership, I got the same great customer service as I had received over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of picking out our new to us suv. The purchase process was fast and easy. If you are looking to buy a car, this is the place to go! I stopped by after work and drove home with a new Jeep. **6 month update** Worst service department I’ve ever seen. When I purchased my Jeep it had an issue with the horn. They agreed to fix it. Dropped jeep off found out they had to order part. Had to re-schedule they couldn’t do it on a Saturday. Talked to girl at service center, told her that I would need a loaner if done during the week. She couldn’t guarantee they have one but could help me rent a car. I called Youngblood dealership, they got it in right away and only charged me for the part. Their finance department is a scam. After financing through Chrysler capital got a letter in the mail from Chrysler that they adjusted my payment based on credit and it came out lower. Did some research through local banks and Corwin screwed me on financing. Currently in the process of refinancing and saving over 6k. New issue came up with my hands free system being locked up. Gave corwin a 2nd chance, boomed an appointment for Saturday. Got a call on Friday that they couldn’t service my vehicle because they didn’t have anyone that could do that kind of work. Called Mayse (they have Jeep and Dodge now), was able to book an appointment Saturday morning. Just so happens that they have qualified people that can work on the cars they sell. I would recommend having your vehicle serviced ANYWHERE but here. Had always heard good things about Corwin...not my experience at all. More
