We stopped in to see if they could get us in for an oil change. Although the staff was very busy, we were given great help and were able to get our oil changed due to our circumstances. We were in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice and professional. I'm glad we bought our vehicle at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. More

That said, some of the associates behind the desks seem to struggle with returning phone calls and getting back to customers. Though I've had two such experiences it's been a great relief to find Ian Bullard, assistant manager. Ian has been conscience, friendly, prompt and incredibly responsive, even in an uncomfortable situation for which he was not responsible.
