warranty work I have had several warranty issues with my vehicle and every time I have had to bring it in they are very professional. From when I call to schedule I have had several warranty issues with my vehicle and every time I have had to bring it in they are very professional. From when I call to schedule the appointment to when I come to pick it up, I am treated with courtesy and respect. The last time I was in, as I waited, I was asked by four different people if I had been helped. That is great customer awareness. When the work is done they go over everything with me. I never have to wait for parts or delays because they don't have something. The positive experience of the service and the staff takes away my concern of the issues, I have confidence that things will be done right. This is my first GMC product and knowing that this is the service I get, I will definitely buy another GMC. More

Looking out for you I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp i I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp issue and determine that there was a service advisory issued by General Motors on it a year ago. It was determined that my entire headlight assembly will be replaced at no charge. Thanks to my service advisor I avoided a costly expense down the road. More
Normal service I went in for a normal service part of my contract but my seat wasn't working correctly. Seat position 2 was not holding its auto save position. I was early and Nick was not exactly friendly nor welcoming. First by telling me me that they were running behind....and your appointment is not until 1 so you are half an hour early. Um OK well road work was not as bad as we thought so better early then late....wow he just was not the guy for customer service....plus I was not there for just an oil change was that not in the notes? Oh well in that case you need to go and talk to the service center in the doors...seriously....read the notes on my account. Steve was a little better, but still stiff. The seat still wasn't working when we returned. So I had to end up leaving it overnight. I live over 60 miles away...they hadon't no loaner cars...good thing my husband was there and we had nothing pressing, othwise I would have been screwed. Other then that all was good. Loved Johnny, he drove me to the 2 places I needed to go while I waited for my car the first time, great young man! More
Fast and courteous service. I called about two recall notices on our 2004 Pontiac Vibe to see if they had the parts available, they did not but in a few days they had been ordere I called about two recall notices on our 2004 Pontiac Vibe to see if they had the parts available, they did not but in a few days they had been ordered and arrived at this location. I was notified of their arrival and the very next day was able to bring the car in to be fixed. They provided me a ride back to my home and shortly thereafter I received a call telling me the work had been completed. Everyone was friendly and very courteous. I was very pleased with the whole experience. More
Did what they said The service was completed as requested. I inadvertently left my wallet in the car & it was still there. Also, my watch had gone missing 5 days prior & The service was completed as requested. I inadvertently left my wallet in the car & it was still there.
