Car had more fixed on it than I had expected, but the main problems are resolved so all is well. Minor issue with the advertised discount not being applied, but Ron took care of this, once I brought it up. All in all, a much better experience than my last visit. More

Service experience the way its ment to be. Every one I spoke with, both on the phone and at the dealership were very courteous and helpful. They answered my questions in a way that demonstrated knowledge concerning my need. When I made my first call, I was never put on hold for any longer than one minute. This was a service call and they were waiting for a part from the factory to complete this recall. I was called back very shortly after that call, when the part came in. We scheduled an appointment for the next week. They were able to schedule me for 9:00 in the morning enabling us to have time to make the drive from Susanville to Reno. When we arrived Mr.Petz greeted us and gave us an estimate of the time of needed to complete the recall. He then provided us with scuttle ride so we could take care of other needs. We got a call well with in the time he had given us the our car was ready, All and all a very professional job by all your staff. More

warranty work I have had several warranty issues with my vehicle and every time I have had to bring it in they are very professional. From when I call to schedule I have had several warranty issues with my vehicle and every time I have had to bring it in they are very professional. From when I call to schedule the appointment to when I come to pick it up, I am treated with courtesy and respect. The last time I was in, as I waited, I was asked by four different people if I had been helped. That is great customer awareness. When the work is done they go over everything with me. I never have to wait for parts or delays because they don't have something. The positive experience of the service and the staff takes away my concern of the issues, I have confidence that things will be done right. This is my first GMC product and knowing that this is the service I get, I will definitely buy another GMC. More

Looking out for you I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp i I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I also had a burnt-out driver side daylight running lamp. My service advisor investigated the lamp issue and determine that there was a service advisory issued by General Motors on it a year ago. It was determined that my entire headlight assembly will be replaced at no charge. Thanks to my service advisor I avoided a costly expense down the road. More
