Our appointment was for 10:45 and we were taken in on time and given a completion time, with a electronic beeper to alert us when the vehicle was ready, which truly impressed us. As promised the vehicle was ready at noon, on time. With the other dealer we had to wait until 3-4 hours after scheduling an appointment. Service Tech Nick was exceptionally well trained on customer service, he went over and beyond the call of duty to help with the warranty dates that were incorrect for our vehicle purchase. Michael Oade took care of the issue immediately to make sure there would be no problems in the future.
