I was told no problem. I couldn't reach anyone via phone around 11, had to leave a message and didn't hear back until almost noon. That sort of thing matters to me. I'd rather not be promised a finish time at all so that I don't plan for that and then get my hopes up--and left in a lurch. Otherwise, great service! More
