Got me out of a jam Our 4wd system began to act up on the way to Reno. We had 3 days of skiing planned and the truck also had to get us home. I called the service department the moment they opened. They were booked, but sent me over to the commercial service department. Mike Smith said he could squeeze me in if I brought the truck right there. I did, he put me at the front of the line. The entire process took an hour, door to door. More
