Excellence service, Warm atmosphere. Curious Personnel! The wife and I have purchase two vehicle from a Chevy Buick dealership in Carson City. We made many trips from Sparks Nevada in order to get our vehic The wife and I have purchase two vehicle from a Chevy Buick dealership in Carson City. We made many trips from Sparks Nevada in order to get our vehicles serviced.. Our last trip for warranty work ended up being a nightmare. The dealership made a mess out of everything and I just ended up leaving the dealership for good! The wife made an appointment with Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. From the start they were very curious and prolite. They email us twice confirming our appointment. Once there we were met by a person who escorted us to the service area which we were told to take a seat. Within minutes we were called to Steve Doss deck. Everything went like clockwork. It was Yes sir, No Sir, yes mam, No mam. We were in and out within 30 minutes and we were very happy with our service writer. Our vehicle was ready to be picked up the next day. They showed us what was done to our vehicle, showed us the old parts, they even washed our vehicle at no charged!!! We should have gone to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac many years ago. Thank you Reno Buick GMC Cadillac for treating us as if we were someone famous! We will be back! More
