Excellent Customer Services I've been coming to Reno GMC when it was formerly Winkle GMC and have been a customer since approximately 2003. We bought our H2 there from Chad and I've been coming to Reno GMC when it was formerly Winkle GMC and have been a customer since approximately 2003. We bought our H2 there from Chad and Paige and were always taken care of and treated like a family member. Then bought the Yukon and still bring our other vehicle in. I can't express enough the level of customer service that is given each time with grace, poise, and kindness. This coupled with taking care of our cars quickly has been the best experience I've ever had with any dealership in the Reno / Tahoe area. I have had a car from each of the manufacturers and I think what really sets Reno GMC apart from the other dealerships is they remember their regulars by name, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, free wifi is nice while waiting. I feel I have made friends with the people I've been in contact with at Reno GMC and have always shared my exceptional experiences with friends and family of the same. From the individual care by Greg Overbee, Jim Laur, Mike, ian, Vince, and Otto , to the kind phone calls from the Ladies who check in to make sure my service was a great experience, I really feel like an important customer and each and every one of my experiences have felt that way. When I see any of these Team Members for Reno GMC out in public, I get a wave, a hug and a hello. I am so happy with the Team of Gentlemen who have taken care of my services and I look forward to what I hope to be a lifetime relationship with Reno GMC. I would highly recomend modeling all the customer service experiences at Reno GMC for other GMC dealerships to learn from and follow suit because the Reno NV store is knocking it out of the ballpark! More

Quick Service We have two GMC vehicles and I brought each of them in on two successive days for an oil change and tire rotation which usually takes an hour. Scheduled a software upgrade of the navigation system Made the appointment online with no problems. Received three confirmation phone calls from the dealership so I believed all would go well and that Made the appointment online with no problems. Received three confirmation phone calls from the dealership so I believed all would go well and that they were expecting me. Showed up on time, waited for the service rep to check me in and they had no clue who I was, no clue that I had an appointment or what it was for. Service rep said there was an "invoice" open (whatever that is) for something else which turned out to be a damaged chrome strip from the previous week. Apparently they had not closed out the service ticket from the prior week and had no record of my appointment for this particular day. I was escorted to the waiting area (had told them when I scheduled the service that I would be waiting for the car). Service rep returned about 20 minutes later to tell me that one car was being serviced and one more was ahead of me. Total process took about 2 1/2 hours. I would have made other arrangements if I had known the time frame, just wondering what the purpose of an appointment is ? Otherwise, the work was completed satisfactorily and everyone was very pleasant. More
