Zach and the other guy in front of him need to be sent to a rigorous customer service training - deceiving and unwelcoming! It will be my first and last visit in this dealership and never recommend them t a rigorous customer service training - deceiving and unwelcoming! I just wasted my almost half-day of waiting and put me in danger of not fixing/telling correctly what has been done or needed to be done. More

I dropped off vehicle at noon Monday. Mr. Garcia told me that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had that they would need the vehicle 2-3 days. He said he would communicate with me about service options needed after vehicle was looked at. When I had not heard from him by late Wednesday morning I left a message for him to call me. The work day ended without me hearing from him. Tomorrow will be the fourth day the vehicle has been in the shop after a 2-3 day estimate. I have had no communication from anyone. If I don’t here from them by tomorrow, I’ll attempt to reach a Service Manager by phone. If that fails I will drive to them and attempt talk to the Service Manager or General Manager in person. It’s hard to rate a service when you have received none. More
