I received the notice in March of 2016, and the replacement was installed in August 2017. This may seem like a long time, but considering that there are only approx. 18,000 of these Belgian GM Saturns in the USA, and that GM seems to be finally out of the "Captive Import" business as they recently sold Opel to Citroen, I don't think that 16 months is too awful.... yeah right! but don't blame this dealer.
