Oil Pan Gasket I had to have my oil pan gasket replaced due to a small leak. My service advisor processed this repair under my factory warranty with no issues at al I had to have my oil pan gasket replaced due to a small leak. My service advisor processed this repair under my factory warranty with no issues at all. I used the shuttle service for a ride to my office. The driver was polite and courteous. This is third positive experience with service center at Reno GMC. More

Service 25 sep 2016, I purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia Denal.i This was the 3rd time taking it to be serviced. Once for regular service and twice to fix the infot 25 sep 2016, I purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia Denal.i This was the 3rd time taking it to be serviced. Once for regular service and twice to fix the infotainment touch screen. On several occasions, the touch screen/display would go blank and nothing was visible nor heard. As the svc rep could not replicate the problem, I was advised to drive the SUV until the infotainment display was inoperable (not a direct quote). Given my experience with this issue, I strongly caution/advise anyone planning to purchase a GMC Arcadia Denali, to ask about this issue! More
