We bought our truck in November, and went back in March to have a camper shell and brush guard installed, as well as the first complimentary service. Service department was great, but this time we worked more with the Truck Center. Mike Romero was rather new to the Truck Center, but very knowledgeable and friendly. He runs a good shop and has a lot of patience with his crew who also seem to be new. I was impressed with Mike and his calm manner--he's a good supervisor. We love the camper shell and the brush guard. Our 3500 HD really turns heads. Thanks again! More

Being Lied To So it starting by bringing in my 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 for an oil change and tire Alignment which it hasn’t had in a long time. I drove in and Kolby I So it starting by bringing in my 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 for an oil change and tire Alignment which it hasn’t had in a long time. I drove in and Kolby I believe his name was is the person who got it going. I made the appointment which was easy to find, he got the paperwork, did small chat, great impression to start with. He told me the car would be done that afternoon and to check back in. Since I work at a Dealership 2 over I didn’t see no problem stopping in. A couple hours later I stopped in to see the status and also to ask a part question to get for the truck. I was informed right away by Doug that there was some things found that are of concern. I was brought into the shop and shown the things wrong with my truck. The biggest concern was the passenger front barring and some other things around it. It was going out and not exactly a good idea to drive on. They told me the part for it wouldn’t be able to show until the next morning and they couldn’t have it ready till tomorrow evening when I get off work. They got me prices and asked what I wanted to do. I said I would like it to be fixed but to also speak to my wife to make sure all is fine to go. They said alright and they would get the truck out to prep for tomorrow. Not even an hour and a half later after speaking to my wife and work I called to ask the truck not to be worked on because I found an easier option for me. On speaking to Doug I was told “I understand but the truck is on the life with no tire so you won’t be getting your truck back”. That response right there I knew was a problem. I told my wife and we were ended up going in around 5:30pm. She indeed called when I told her and told them don’t do anything work wise to the car. We will pay for the tire to be put back on and the oil change. They said that is fine and nothing was done get but it is still on the lift. We said alright but we wanna make sure nothing is worked on other than what was done and the tire. We made sure to leave messages and speak in person to MULTIPLE service associates. The next day coming in 40 minutes after they opened I was told your truck was done 15-20 minutes after open and it’s ready to go. They replaced the parts with us saying don’t. We were told they got the messages to!! So they didn’t listen and lied to us. I ended up paymore more than exspected and did the payment anyway. Since though I had a car from my work I left my truck outside for my wife to pick up. She ended up going in to ask some questions and got told something different! She got told the truck was ready for us yesterday when we arrived and they already did the part!!! So they lied all around! They had the part but lied of when it would be there and also be installed, lied about the truck being on the lift, lied when I picked it up and so much more!!! This company is obviously one who thinks it’s ok to keep customers vehicles away from them and doing repairs which were told isn’t fine on our side. I wouldn’t trust them anymore with my truck! Also they had me pay for something that wasn’t done and still no refund! Don’t trust this company and don’t go see Doug as your advisor in service. More
