Repair and service of GMC ACADIA My appointment was for Thurs. Nov. 30th at 7:40 am to replace a left front door seal that was in stock. I called late Thurs. afternoon regarding t My appointment was for Thurs. Nov. 30th at 7:40 am to replace a left front door seal that was in stock. I called late Thurs. afternoon regarding the car and was told the repair had not been done. I was told that there was a back work load of vehicles and repairs and that work had not been done. I was told that they would try to have door seal repair done on Friday. When I asked why the delay I was told it was due to being short of mechanics as several had left the company. I finally picked up the car Sat. morning. I understand having a man power shortage and a back log of work but why book appointments that can't be kept. I also had a lube &oil change and tire rotation. More
