They gave instructions to have it towed and park it on the street. When we arrived at the dealer, a couple service department men were leaving late. They kindly offered to open back up so our car could be stored inside. The repair took over a week. The dealer gave us a loaner so we could take our winter vacation in comfort. Communication was A+. How often does a service rep call you? Well, ours called often to keep us updated as they worked to identify the cause of the problem. More

I showed up for the first oil change appointment, and was very disappointed with the attitude of the 'Express Service' person. I was told that there were 3 people with 9am appointments and it would take 2 hours to get my oil change completed. The way this was stated made me feel like it was my fault they over booked. This dealership really needs to take a good look into their processes, how they are booking appointments, and customer service over all. I will be taking my vehicle to Carson City next time. More
