I envisioned a seamless and personalized experience that reflected the investment I was making. Unfortunately, my experience with Corwin GMC Reno fell short of this ideal. While the initial purchase of my 2024 GMC Terrain AT4 was promising, the delivery process was disappointing. Contrary to our agreement for flatbed transport from Reno, NV, to Los Angeles, CA, the vehicle arrived with nearly 500 miles, driven rather than transported as promised. Corwin initially offered a solution for the excess mileage but ultimately handled the situation in a manner that contradicted our initial understanding. This unexpected change, coupled with a lack of clear communication, left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I believe this experience highlights an opportunity for Corwin GMC Reno to improve its customer service and elevate the car buying journey. A luxury purchase deserves a luxury experience, one marked by transparency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I encourage Corwin GMC Reno to strive for this level of excellence in all their future interactions. More
For a year and a half been trying to get a recall done and a door hinge replaced. I was told once the parts come in they will call. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. Took the truck for an oil change and told them what happened they explained they would order parts and let me know when they came in. Still nothing. Sent another email and actually got a reply from a nice man, who said the parts department would call me back and he would take this to his manager. Still, no reply back, no phone call. Emailed GM but never heard back from him either six months later. Might have to drive an hour plus, to another dealership. More
Corwin Buick Reno is the dealership experience we all wish we could have 100% of the time. I'm in California but I fell in love with a used car on their site. For three weeks, Harold took the time to email back and forth with me to answer every single question I had and send me pictures and videos of the car. When I finally made the decision to go pick up the car, he even offered to pick me up from the airport. Every single person at the dealership had a warm smile and a friendly attitude and it felt like they were there to support my buying a car, instead of the bully-into-purchase that I have usually experienced at other dealerships. Harold took me for a great, long test drive that allowed me to get a great feel for the car on different road types and speeds. The MOST important part to me is that their car inspection process is thorough and caring and they make sure the cars they are selling are in great condition and safe to drive. The 20 year old car I bought had an updated suspension and new belts and pumps, all repairs that were done by Corwin before they put the car out for sale. It drives like a dream now. Harold and the fellas were also extremely easy to talk to and they were happy to give me a fantastic deal when the time to buy actually came. It felt like I just went to Reno to hang out with friends and just happened to get my dream car out of it. The car itself is incredible! I drove it home through the winter storm I Tahoe and it handled like it was a brand new car instead of 20 yrs old. It has been a week and I'm still gushing about the whole experience, not to mention my excitement about my dope car. I fully plan to fly back to Corwin Buick Reno the next time my family buys a car. I trust them 1000%. More

On February, 2023 I bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra at4 diesel at Corwin Buick GMC dealership. After two weeks of the purchase the vehicle had a “Check engine light turned on”. Since that day everything tu diesel at Corwin Buick GMC dealership. After two weeks of the purchase the vehicle had a “Check engine light turned on”. Since that day everything turned as the worst experience ever with Corwin dealership and their customer service. Corwin did not provide it me with a rental car for almost a month neither pay for towing. They notified me that it was just a SENSOR and that everything was okay. After some time the vehicle started with more issues and that issue took them months to figure it out what it was. During on taking the vehicle to service their staff damage the vehicle and they did not notice it when the vehicle was ready on service. Immediately I notified them and “they fix it” but not 100% because they did not match the paint and you could still see the damage. The other issue with it was that they found out that the issue was the TRANSMISSION ON A NEW VEHICLE but who wants to have a LEMON vehicle. As soon as I knew that I started a buyback vehicle. That process was also the worst after I had to deal with Corwin stuff. After that Leo Carreño mistreated us on 01/12/2024 and was rude with us. Lance Datillo lied to us regarding a check that was “supposed to be given to us immediately without waiting the 6-8 weeks”. Last but not least neither Leo Carreño, Lance Dattilo and Jessica Dix replied to any of my emails neither any call back after plenty of messages. Leo Carreño (GENERAL MANAGER) even called me a liar on not being received my email even though I showed it to him that it was delivered and it was the correct email address. NONE of the three of them want it to talk to us when we arrived at dealership and instead they send SOMEONE ELSE to talk to us and to apologize for something he didn’t even know or did. I honestly would NEVER step in again at this Corwin dealership with this kind of stuff and customer service they provide. I hope no one else goes through the same situation as I went through with Corwin and their customer service stuff. More
