Vehicle was to be filled with a full tank after purchase and was not. After our very pricey Yukon Denali, we would have expected the service and sales staff to be more accommodating, friendly and professional. All of which we have yet to experience. The sales staff (Marlin) was very knowledgeable about Yukon features and attributes and he was willing to work to strike a trade transaction. As a condition we wanted to acquire a vehicle, that was registered and ready for a road trip in the same week. The sales and finance personnel worked together to assemble a purchase package, while working to have the vehicle registered and ready for the road within our time frame. We completed our transaction for a 2018 Yukon and were on our way in the same week. More
