At a first glance, that might seem like a bit much, but I appreciated it immensely. Each called to introduce themselves, find out if I had any questions, and let me know they were excited for me to come in. Many dealerships provide good customer service, but this service was far better than good. I was in a tricky situation with my trade-in and by the time it was all said and done, I left with the car I wanted and was completely out from under the spell of said tricky situation.
