Everything seemed to be in good order except the entertainment center screen. While doing the service the battery cable is disconnected to clean the terminals. When the vehicle looses battery power the Infotainment Center looses the pre-sets in its memory so we had to renter all of the preset data. This service is very expensive and I only had a coupon for $49.5 for the oil change. When it came time to pay the bill the service representative gave me a 10% senior discount which I did not even know about. This saved me $140. More

Salesman did not follow up or fulfill promises made I have purchased a lot of new cars and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. The salman never showed us how to work anything on the I have purchased a lot of new cars and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. The salman never showed us how to work anything on the car, luckily we are previous owners of GMC products so the leaning curve was not too bad. We left the car for over three weeks to get thing done and they were done incorrectly. We went over the items when we bought the car and promised that the third party bender would call us. The vender said they were never made aware of this. We told the salman it was incorrect - his solution was “just go buy an adapter”. The vender fixed the problem but it took 3 hours of sitting in their waiting room. We got a fair deal on the car but price is not everything. If you buy a car here beware and get everything in writing More
