At a first glance, that might seem like a bit m Within the first 12 hours of making my appointment, I had three phone calls from the employees of GMC. At a first glance, that might seem like a bit much, but I appreciated it immensely. Each called to introduce themselves, find out if I had any questions, and let me know they were excited for me to come in. Many dealerships provide good customer service, but this service was far better than good. I was in a tricky situation with my trade-in and by the time it was all said and done, I left with the car I wanted and was completely out from under the spell of said tricky situation. A special shout out to the saleswoman who helped me, Sarah Meadows! There was never a moment I felt like she didn't care or wasn't trying to help me. Thank you, GMC!!!! More

That was frustrating because we were told the oil had been freshly changed upon buying that car. That couldn’t have been true, because it was apparent there was a mice nest in the engine when you popped the hood. When we decided that we wanted to take that car back, we were told that it wouldn’t be too long of a process to purchase a different car. Upon making a 12 o’clock appointment to purchase that car, it took 2 1/2 hours for everything to go through, causing us to miss an appointment for our daughter. We weren’t happy that there was another application that had to be processed, which took so much time. (Apparently our original application didn’t ask our race, so this was the issue). Other than that, Andre was very nice and we were very impressed with Lance. He was great to work with. More
