Not only that, the cars are exquisitely wonderful interior, exterior & just the feel of the car is a value you can't put a price on. The ordinary mundane paperwork that needed to be signed was more enjoyable with Brian as we gave a conversation & jokes about our days; it was a very welcoming experience. Nate would always check up on how we were doing so we would never be without great customer service. Overall a great dealership in my opinion because I was at two other dealerships prior to Reno GMC Buick Cadillac & I just felt rushed & uncomfortable with the process. But again, Nate & Brian earned my trust as well as Billy (another great person I met during the process). So yeah, I'm happy I'm taking home a dream car of mine & definitely would recommend Brian or Nate!!! :) More
