Sarah went out of her way to answer all questions, show us the cars options, and coordinate and keep us constantly informed on a number of inspections and prep functions that had to be performed on a car that just came in to the dealership a day or so before. She also closely coordinated the touch up work with Tony that almost any used car has to go through. She was an absolute delight to work with and the most genuinely helpful sales person we have ever met. As the Used Car Recon Manager, Tony had to work with us on two separate touch up trips because of some hidden cosmetic paint problems the car had, but through it all he was understanding, courteous and dedicated to making sure we left as totally happy customers. During one of our conversations he said "You are a GM Certified Pre-Owned car customer and we are going to take care of you". He meant every word of it, and has actions and help proved it.
