did not keep their word! I must say that I was treated very well and the staff was very friendly during the time I spent on the lot. During the purchase process the verbal agr I must say that I was treated very well and the staff was very friendly during the time I spent on the lot. During the purchase process the verbal agreement was to only submit the deal to two potential lenders, We were not able to put a deal together that worked for the two potential lenders, unknown to me the computer program they use automatically submits to other lenders which created additional inquiries on my credit report, which lowered my credit score by 2 points for each inquiry, I called the companies that were not authorized and was told by both that getting these inquiries removed would have to be done by the Dealership that submitted to them, I called the Dealership and requested this and was told I signed the Credit Application, which is the authorization, and he does not understand how they were not authorized. So much for keeping with the verbal agreement. I will be trying to purchase a new truck in the Future but will not step foot onto the Reno Buick GMC Lot. More

Totally unprofessional !!! These people need to know what professionalism is. They are way too far from that. Last month I traveled 1600 miles, paid 800 dollars airfare ticket ( These people need to know what professionalism is. They are way too far from that. Last month I traveled 1600 miles, paid 800 dollars airfare ticket (with a same day return trip as i had no vacations) to test drive a car they had. After telling them that I will need a maximum of a 5-6 day time frame to settle things with my bank to finance the car and for me to do my own financial arrangements, they agreed and asked for a deposit to hold the car for me. I signed a purchase order (invoice number 68645, date 7/1/2018, Deal # 23043, CUST # 76615, internet salesman Herick Aguirre and signed by Billy Linn), paid the deposit, and we agreed that it is refundable in case my paper work with my bank does not go through. They placed a "SOLD" tag on the car and parked it in the designated area. 48 hours later I receive a message on my phone (from Herick Aguirre) telling me that the deposit is refunded back because the GM sold the car to someone else…(not even calling me to explain)…. So I called the sales man (Billy Linn) on the spot to understand what is going on and he told me that he has no authority because it is the GM who did that as they got a wholesale price on the car (which was higher than the price I had on my purchase order). He also added that they were unsure whether I will buy the car hence they decided to sell it to someone else. Is this a joke!!!!… literally !! are these people professional employees….is this how they do business…..... why did they take a deposit from me in the first place if they can still sell it to someone else anyway!!!!!. It was never an issue of refundable vs non-refundable deposit… it is an issue of sales policy and business ethics… am sure they were never trained in sales ethics… they must have been told to make money regardless… why didn’t their GM call me to explain the reason why he sold a car that I paid a deposit for, rather than telling his sales men to send me a worthless phone message..… This is ridiculous …..I feel their sales policy is to get a deposit from a client and look for someone else who pays more, refund the deposit to the first client and sell it to the second because this is exactly what happened to me for a higher price they got, and non of their sales team called to apologize or at least clarify this mess… if a client bought a car from them it is most likely because the sales did not find someone else who can pay higher.. they need to learn professionalism and customer respect.. My experience with them was just a waste of money and effort !!!.... More
