This dealership charges the buyer for a tracking system (Ikon) that they install on all vehicles (new and used) as well as another $150 for nitrogen in the tires. Yet they charge the buyer AGAIN as well as charging the buyer for equipment they don’t want and did not approve of them installing. Of course the dealership response to me and others with the same complaint is for us to contact them. I think they have our information already. They certainly were able to cash our checks. I did contact them, they promised a refund (after a lengthy telephone battle) but didn’t follow through. This all looks like fraud! This is why car dealerships have bad reputations More
