Reno Cadiallic, Buick, GMC Dealership has a very professional sales and service department. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from this dealership (a new 2018 Cadillac XT5, a 2011 Cadillac SR professional sales and service department. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from this dealership (a new 2018 Cadillac XT5, a 2011 Cadillac SRX and a 2008 Jeep Laredo). Specifically Harold Solano has been our sales executive for fourteen years, and recently he put us into our new 2021 Sierra GMC SLT Crewcab. Harold is a man of integrity and in the past has helped us improve our credit by working with us on each purchase we made. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, Harold is your man. He is professional, friendly, proficient and very honest. He will follow through with any issues and he keeps his word. You will not be disappointed. Zach and the other guy in front of him need to be sent to a rigorous customer service training - deceiving and unwelcoming!
