Sarah went out of her way to answer all questions, show us the cars options, and coordinate and keep us constantly informed on a number of inspections and prep functions that had to be performed on a car that just came in to the dealership a day or so before. She also closely coordinated the touch up work with Tony that almost any used car has to go through. She was an absolute delight to work with and the most genuinely helpful sales person we have ever met. As the Used Car Recon Manager, Tony had to work with us on two separate touch up trips because of some hidden cosmetic paint problems the car had, but through it all he was understanding, courteous and dedicated to making sure we left as totally happy customers. During one of our conversations he said "You are a GM Certified Pre-Owned car customer and we are going to take care of you". He meant every word of it, and has actions and help proved it. As we said above, Sarah Meadows and Tony Quintana were the keys to our purchase of the car, and keys to the most delightful and pleasant car purchase we have experienced in over 60 years. More

I was charged way over what was required.She also had parts replaced (I never got to see the "broken" ones as requested) and she also tried (many times) to sell me a set of new tires that I did not need. She left Reno Buick/GMC/Cadillac's employ but I never got any satisfaction nor response from Greg Overby the Service Manager. After years of fighting with this dealership they lost my loyalty. More

I first met Douglas in the service area and he was very busy but took the time to hear my issue. He told me that it might not get looked at today but we will try. As he was working on the service worksheet he noticed a recall for that particular issues I was having with my GMC Yukon XL. After he looked around he told me that he did not have a loaner plate. I said Ill go up to sales and hopefully they could accommodate. As I got to the sales area I met Andre who also was working another issue but took the time to help me secure a loaner vehicle for the next two days. He was very accommodating meeting my needs and very professional. As I went back to let Douglas know he said my vehicle was getting inspected. He offered since I was in to complete an oil change. That helped me tremendously as busy as life gets. After I drove away Douglas called a few hours later updating me on the progress and timeline for my vehicle. I finally picked up my vehicle the very next day approximately 24 hours later all working and I was very appreciated. This day was far beyond what I expected and want to let you know how extremely happy and Thankful I am that the great people at Reno GMC are out to ensure the customer is satisfied. More

They helped us to make a decision as to whether to buy a GMC Canyon or for a little more buy a GMC Sierra, incentives brought the price closer to the price of a Canyon. Service the A/C on my Buick 2015 Enclave Mark Payne was very courteous and explained all regarding servicing my A/C on the vehicle. Then there was a question regarding the warranty which was resolved by Greg the service manager to my satisfaction. There is a sign in the Service area that mentions SATISFACTION, I was completely satisfied with the final outcome regarding the warranty issue. I have but one BIG COMPLAINT which is that, one brings the vehicle in for service and if needed there is a shuttle service to take you to the destination you want being a place of work or home. However there is no SHUTTLE SERVICE TO MAKE THE RETURN TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. That policy on my view REALLY SUCKS (sorry for that comment, however I was really bent out of shape when I was told there is no return service). You should consider correcting this problem as I am certain that it is a concern to many of your customers. I had no way of returning to your dealership, however thanks to a good neighbor that gave me a ride More
