We received a good deal including factory incentives and the Costco buying discounts. We would gladly recommend Reno Buick GMC Cadillac, and salesman Harold Solano to anyone. Harold was especially great, even after we took delivery. Since we didn’t require any financing we can’t comment any further. Parts for Buick weren’t available at first, Daylen suggested we call parts to find out about part availability. Ernie, in Fleet Parts, was especially helpful in locating GM factory parts for our Buick that are out of production. I’m sure when you get parts in, and we get our Buick repaired we’ll be happy! We picked up the Canyon yesterday from your Truck Center after they installed the Bra, and spraying LUXCARE Protection. We’ll be back there when the skid plates we ordered arrive for instillation. We were on our way to Zepher Cove to take the Dixie 2 paddle boat on a dinner cruise on Lake Tahoe late Wednesday afternoon when we blew a heater core hose. The Cruise company was very gracious and allowed us to transfer to Friday. 3 hrs later we arrived by tow truck at Reno GMC. After getting our GMC Yukon XL Denali unloaded and paperwork done it was already dark. The dealership up front said no rental cars or loaner cars after 5pm. But just as I was looking up Uber to take us to the airport to rent a car, Mark Payne a Service Advisor was just exiting after a late meeting on his way home to relieve the nanny that stayed late because of the late meeting. 90% would have just passed and politely nodded hello. Not Mark .. he said he would be glad to drop us off at the airport! And he absolutely refused to accept money to buy the kids some pizza on the way home. This whole thing we found amazing in the world we live in today, and reflects on the the type of I am sure of many of the employees that work at Reno GMC.. I will give them a shot at our next Denali when we are ready to buy again. Matt had just the right touch for my elderly parents (I went with them for the sale the next day). He didn't talk too fast or push anything too hard. He made them feel great about their purchase, which was admittedly far more than they initially wanted to spend, but was one of the only vehicles that could satisfy my mom's special needs. More
