I was sold a used GMC vehicle with emissions issues. The car's check engine lights came on just 9 miles off the lot. The sales manager and service department have been great and very helpful in trying to repair it, but the car has been in for service 4 times in 3 months because the emissions light keeps coming on. It's been very stressful since I bought this for my son and it's the only vehicle he has for his family. I got a call from him this week that the emissions light was on again for a day and then went off. I'm hoping it's just a glitch. During the sales process, the salesman told me the car had been checked out thoroughly especially since it was a used GMC sitting on a GMC lot. I'm kicking myself for taking his word for it and for not taking it on a much longer test drive. Despite this overall review (you either have to recommend this dealership or not and I can't endorse it at this point), I'm impressed the dealership has been stepping up to make this right. Maybe once I can get a few months of no service lights I can upgrade this review. More
