I purchased a truck from this dealership, and communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, bu communication was good up until the sale was completed. After that, it went silent. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, but I wanted time to do my own research before making a decision. Later, I emailed the dealership with a question about the status of my paperwork. I intentionally did not mention that I was still considering purchasing the 8-year/100,000-mile extended warranty because I wanted to see what their post-sale customer service would be like. Unfortunately, I never received a response. The buying experience itself was fine, but the lack of follow-up after the sale was disappointing. Good customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed. More

It took over 3weeks to get my truck back. I couldn't even get a loner vehicle. Also I took my Truck in for and oil change and transmission issue. When I picked it up yesterday my oil change l I couldn't even get a loner vehicle. Also I took my Truck in for and oil change and transmission issue.
