After many visits to both new and used car dealerships we were getting discouraged by how we were treated and the lack of knowledge by the sales people. We finally made our way to this dealership and our experience changed for the better. We were referred to Dan Nichols by the sales person who greeted us and wow, Dan was not only knowledgeable but treated my daughter with respect and warmth. He was able to explain the difference in cargo vans due to his fleet sales experience and happily took her test driving. When my daughter had finally settled on the type of van she wanted, Dan searched far and wide and found just what she was looking for. He arranged a trade so the van could be brought to Reno. He always answered my daughters texts , kept communication open and had her van within days. The service at this dealership is amazing and Dan Nichols is a treasure! Thank you!!! More
