Great service! Once again, a great experience. We live three hours away in Northern California, and it's been well worth it to go to Reno. We bought our truck in N Once again, a great experience. We bought our truck in November, and went back in March to have a camper shell and brush guard installed, as well as the first complimentary service. Service department was great, but this time we worked more with the Truck Center. Mike Romero was rather new to the Truck Center, but very knowledgeable and friendly. He runs a good shop and has a lot of patience with his crew who also seem to be new. I was impressed with Mike and his calm manner--he's a good supervisor. We love the camper shell and the brush guard. Our 3500 HD really turns heads. Thanks again! More
