WAYNE LEW made my buying a truck from 500 miles away SOOOO EASY! I was given a fair trade value for my truck to buy my new truck and never felt like when I got there things that where agreed upon where SOOOO EASY! The car really sold itself because it had all the features and was the color that we wanted. My interaction with the sales staff was great as well. The price I was quoted was very good and straightforward. GM was also offering great financing. Jeremy was very helpful in explaining the features of the car. Other dealers I spoke with were hesitant to quote me prices or tried to sell me something I didn't want. Jeremy, Joe, and Ken were friendly and helpful. If I were buying another car, I would call them first, even though I don't live in Reno. It was worth the drive! More
