Used Audi coupon book and saved total of $132, Checked brakes at my request-they said they were fine plenty of wear left. Asked them to check again and test drive. I was experiencing vibration when braking. After test drive, tech felt vibration and rechecked. Turned out the front rotors were warped. I was told that if only the rotors were replaced, the brakes would squeal as they would not set right and so recommendation was to replace front brakes as well. I did so and problem with vibration is gone. The only issue is that I had to replace good brake pads as well as rotors which cost me about $300 more. There should be a method to make the new rotors and existing pads work More

This was the second time my truck has been in for routine service and on both occasions the mechanic neglected to add Diesel Exhaust fluid.The first time I drove out of the dealership and had to return the next day. This time Mr Sellers took prompt care of the problem himself. I noted that there is not a notation on the QVI to check the DEF. I suggest the change be made if just a handwritten entry by the SA. I observed that when approached by Mr Sellers to add the DEF the Service manager appeared to be indifferent to the issue and made no effort to solve the problem. More
