I have to be honet; I went into Reno GMC dreading buying a new vehicle. I didn't want to be harrassed by the "car salesman" or be taken advantage of since I'm a woman. I went in there expecting a "hassle" a new vehicle. I didn't want to be harrassed by the "car salesman" or be taken advantage of since I'm a woman. I went in there expecting a "hassle" to buy a new. Boy, was I wrong!! Dave Siporen was my salesman and he was the friendliest, most down to earth individual I've worked with in a long time. He answered all my qustions, he took me out on several test drives and when I walked away the first time he never made me feel bad or pressured me. I went around town all week long trying to find a new car and found myself back at Reno GMC, simply because of my personal experience with Dave. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted at that point but Dave ensured me that he could find what I was looking for at a GOOD DEAL! He was right!! He got me into a BRAND NEW YUKON DENALI!!!!! He got my husband and I an awesome deal, he really worked hard with his manager in doing so! Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant and I would referr anyone to Dave Siporen at Reno GMC!! We weren't necessarily looking to buy a car that particular day. However, the stars just lined up right. When we met with Dave, we told him what we were looking at paying for a SUV and a brand new particular day. However, the stars just lined up right. When we met with Dave, we told him what we were looking at paying for a SUV and a brand new GMC Yucon Denali was shown to us. Turns out that Dave really wanted to make a deal on a new rig for my wife. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the Denali, within our budget. At no time did I feel pressured during our visit and/or negotiation process (which is usually stressful and high-pressure). My two young kids made the negotiation process a little bit tricky, but Dave (along with his sales manager) was understanding and conducted the negotiation professionally and respectfully. When it comes time for me to get rid of my older Chevy Tahoe, I'll likely be headed back to see Dave! More

WAYNE LEW made my buying a truck from 500 miles away SOOOO EASY! I was given a fair trade value for my truck to buy my new truck and never felt like when I got there things that where agreed upon where SOOOO EASY! Everything was exactly like he said it would be and even offered to pick me up at the airport if I sold my trade prior to coming down. As a female shopping for a truck was not easy, Wayne was the first man that seemed to take me seriously and got me into the truck that I wanted without ever making me feel like I was just "shopping". He treated me like I was a buyer from the second he talked with me, heard what I wanted, found it and got me in it. (Unlike several dealerships in Oregon where I am from) I even went so far to tell my local dealership where there was a truck I was interested in after they said they could not locate one, they never did call me back.
