Agreed to price maintained although assembly/delivery was delayed into 2012 model year. Customer kept informed as to special order progress and delivery status. Wayne is Da Man. Hooked me up with a broken in '11 CTS-V at a good price. He returned my calls promptly and followed up with me to see if I was coming to look at it (I live 2 hrs. away). I went to look at it and didn't really plan on buying that day but he let me take a long test drive, answered all my questions and gave me a good price so he let me take it home that day with only a small deposit & no down or title to my trade in. Our issue had to do with some complicated electrical problem with our 2003 Chevy Suburban. Jim's team worked on it and replaced a module they suspected was the problem. Unfortunately the problem re-oc problem with our 2003 Chevy Suburban. Jim's team worked on it and replaced a module they suspected was the problem. Unfortunately the problem re-occured, and Jim's team was able to isolate the problem and fixed it. The problem I now had, was that I paid for a new module that may or may not have been needed to be replaced - Jim recognized this and we came to a fair compromise on the fees. The honesty and integrity they displayed on this goes a long way with me, and they have a customer for life. More
