He drew up a proposal and submitted it to us. We looked it over and and we made a change as to what we were willing to pay. And he submitted it to his boss for approval. They accepted it. We were then taken to the finance department to finish the the transaction. (Another great guy) Everyone we dealt with were the most friendliest and no haggle attitude that we have ever experienced at a Dealership when buying a car. Seriously didn't think I would be able to get auto financing due to my situation, but Harold Solano persuaded me to give Reno Buick GMC a try. Very reluctant to even go in, so I corresponded with Haro financing due to my situation, but Harold Solano persuaded me to give Reno Buick GMC a try.
