WOW what a great place to buy a car. Joelene Strozzi treated us better than family !!! She was knowgeable,kind and people friendly. I thought I would browse while I waited for my vehicle; instead I found Harold to be so helpful and so knowledgeable and responsive to my needs that I bought my new GMC before the end of the business day. Harold, being aware that I am not of the technical-savvy generation, kindly explained in great detail all the bells and whistles that my new car has. I was nervous driving it for the first time home (especially during rush hour) but both the car and I managed well. We've been in love with the Dodge Charger since they started making it again. We brought our Saturn in for service yesterday morning and saw a beautiful 2011 on the lot. We came back after work and met with Doug, who introduced us to Ken. Instant rapport! Ken grabbed the keys and we headed out for a test drive. Before we knew it, we were the proud owners of a "new to us" Dodge Charger. Ken made us feel comfortable from the get-go. There was no pressure and he was up front with us the entire time. After a couple of back and forths between Ken and Garrett, we had a deal we felt really good about. Signing the paperwork with Mike was smooth and seamless. He was great to work with and gave us an awesome deal on the Xzilon we really wanted. There wasn't one employee at Reno BGC who didn't make us feel welcome throughout the entire process. Our experince with them, and especially Ken, was awesome and we will recommend them to everyone we know who is looking for a new or used car! More
