We initially were driving down Kietzke Lane to look for a truck that met our need. We had tried Jones West Ford and The Subaru dealership. Both had trucks that we looked at, but the sales person at Jones West Ford was not willing to work with us. The salespeople at Subaru did not even approach us. We Made it to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and Ken walked right up to us. He was very honest, not to pushy, and definitely willing to negotiate and get us a truck that met our needs. Even when I initially could not work with the first couple of deals Ken offered us, he kept trying until he got the truck we wanted in a payment we could afford. Ken was very friendly and even when we asked Ken for some time to talk amongst ourselves, he obliged and walked away until we were ready to make our official decision. I will definitely come back to Ken for my next car. More

If you get Todd Baumgartner as your service advisor, heed my advice and take your vehicle elsewhere for service. This guy is terrible. Jolene was not pushy and made sure I was happy, she even drove me to the dmv to renew my NDL after discovering it had expired the day before. The car is great, the process was great and Jolene was awesome. I would recommend Jolene and Reno Buick GMC Cadillac for your next purchase. Although I am a ford guy I will be buying my next preowned Ford from Jolene and Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. After retiring we planned on doing a lot of traveling. Gas prices had already diminished our plans so we bought a small new 2011 Dodge Crew with an expectation of getting good gas mileage. We were surpris Gas prices had already diminished our plans so we bought a small new 2011 Dodge Crew with an expectation of getting good gas mileage. We were surprised to find the gas mileage was not much better than the old car (2002 Cadillac Escalade) we traded in and it was very uncomfortable. The seats were not built for comfort; after a couple of hours riding it was necessary to stop and walk around. When turning a corner it always felt like the car was going to roll over. It did have some great electronics but it felt like we were riding in a tin can. We had also become totally disenchanted with the car dealer (Carson (NV) Dodge Jeep). The low tire indicator kept coming on showing a low tire on the right rear. We took it back to them three times (a 130 mile round each trip) to have the problem checked. When after the second trip we were still having problems I asked if they had dunked the wheel and tire to check for leaks; I was told they had pulled the wheel off, filled it to maximum pressure and all was well. They stated they thought maybe filling to max pressure might have sealed any leak. When the problem continued I took the car back again. On the third trip I was looking at the service work order from the second trip and found a hand written note saying there was a nail in the tire. Nothing had been done about the nail causing us to make the third trip. They pulled the nail out and fixed the leak but because the tires are not covered under the warranty they charged me $42.00 to repair the leak which should have been found on the first trip and by all means on the second trip when the nail was first found. Several other similar problems and long waits at the business while the car was serviced and what seemed to be a poor customer service attitude we decided it was time to go elsewhere. We knew we were upside down in the Dodge but knew we could no longer deal with the car or Carson Dodge Jeep. We stopped at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and met with Harold Solano. Harold showed himself to be a very professional salesperson. He was knowledgeable of the vehicles on the sales lot and showed us used as well as new vehicles. He had no problem explaining the merits of each vehicle. He worked with us for the best part of the day leaving us with no unanswered questions. We settled for an older car and one we know will get less gas mileage but one we now will be far more comfortable and from the atmosphere and mood of the other employees, we will find far greater comfort in working with the Reno Buick GMC Cadillac staff. More
