You want thie best sales service in the car business, go see Harold Solano, really. I leased a 2014 Cadillac CTS from him and the service he gave to me was seriously impressive. He wasn't just there to sell a car, he went way beyond any possible expectation and I am sooooo grateful for having worked with Harold. The dealership even gave me a fantastic loaner car until mine arrives. The IT guy and sales manager were equally impressive. They simply earned my business. Well done, GM team! More

October 4, 2013, my boyfriend and I had the worst experience possible at the Reno GMC Buick Car dealership. It started this morning around 10am, my boyfriend called me to inform me that he was bringi experience possible at the Reno GMC Buick Car dealership. It started this morning around 10am, my boyfriend called me to inform me that he was bringing home a car he thought I would like to test drive. He pulled up with a Nissan Altima 2.5 S 2012. I didn't think I was going to like it, until I saw and drove it. I instantly fell in love!! I drove it back to the dealership, where we started talking about prices. My boyfriend said if we could have an out-the-door price of $13,200 (my approved loan amount), we would take the car today. Our sales representative, Ryan Smith, talked to his manager and AGREED TO THE PRICE! We get into paperwork, I call and get insurance on the car, finish signing the loan, and print the check to sign the amount over to them. (By this time, it is now 1:30pm). Ryan said he was going to take the documents to his manager for the final approval. About 10-15 minutes later, Ryan's manager shook both of our hands, and informed us that they gave us the price for "the wrong Nissan Altima". He said the price that he gave us was for a Nissan Altima 2008, and they confused the cars. He asked "What's more important to you, the cost of the car, or the cost of the monthly payments?" He also asked if I could raise the amount of my loan, to which I told him I picked this price with a 48 month payment plan because it is perfect for my budget and I don't want to pay for a loan for 72/60 months. He gave us a "marked down price" for the 2012 which was still far out of my price range. I was appalled at how they handled the situation, mainly because the entire ordeal was a scheme to get us stuck in paperwork and then raise the price. I took my business to Reno Toyota, where Shaun Taylor took great care of me and got me a 2012 Nissan Versa 1.8 SL in my budget. I will always take my business there now. More
I gave an awesome rating because Joelene Strozzi made my husband and I feel very comfortable, she helped us with everything we needed and just is the kindest person we have ever met. Joelene took a call from me on a Wednesday night....I was nervous and unwilling to give my number. We initially were driving down Kietzke Lane to look for a truck that met our need. We had tried Jones West Ford and The Subaru dealership. Both had trucks that we looked at, but the sales person at Jones West Ford was not willing to work with us. The salespeople at Subaru did not even approach us. We Made it to Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and Ken walked right up to us. He was very honest, not to pushy, and definitely willing to negotiate and get us a truck that met our needs. Even when I initially could not work with the first couple of deals Ken offered us, he kept trying until he got the truck we wanted in a payment we could afford. Ken was very friendly and even when we asked Ken for some time to talk amongst ourselves, he obliged and walked away until we were ready to make our official decision. I will definitely come back to Ken for my next car. More
