Broke (down) in Reno My 2011 Yukon Denali Hybrid decided to have its second major issue as I was 30 miles outside of Reno. I limped it into the service bay at Reno Buick My 2011 Yukon Denali Hybrid decided to have its second major issue as I was 30 miles outside of Reno. I limped it into the service bay at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac and shakily handed over the keys to the service department. As I sat in the waiting area, the lights of heaven were shining on a board there that said "We want to buy your car". As I pondered the thought, Harold Solano stopped in the waiting area and asked if I was ok and if I needed anything. I pointed at the sign and said I'm done with this car breaking down. I need something new. Harold was extremely professional and knew the inventory, as well as all of the features of each individual vehicle that he showed me. Harold was a riot to talk to, he and I had a great time on the test drive and I feel as though I made a friend not just a professional contact. Hopefully my new 2015 Sierra SLT will be with me for a long, long time. But, when I find myself in the market for something new, Harold will be my first call. I'm willing to drive 400 miles out of my way to buy a car from him again. Absolutely five star customer service from him!!! Thank you Harold!!! :) More

Service Department - Great Customer Service I recently moved to Reno from out of town. I have a 2015 Sierra 2500 that needed an oil change and some minor warranty work. This was my first trip to Reno Buick, GMC, Cadillac. Getting an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. I was greeted promptly and my service advisor, Rodney Helsel< listened carefully to my comments and made sure he understood my issues. He went out of his way to make sure all my issues were taken care of and that I was a fully satisfied customer. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Reno Buick GMC and Rodney Helsel to my friends. More

My LaCrosse was dead in the water, and although some suffer The staff at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac was beyond helpful and prompt with my service today. My LaCrosse was dead in the water, and although some suffer from much more serious issues, mine left me stranded and without a car for two days. Upon having my car towed (Buick roadside assistance is beyond excellent), the Reno service department took my needs seriously and fixed the problem in less than a day. I commend them for being calm and collected despite my many calls to check on my vehicle. The best part, it runs beautifully and I was not put out for days on end. More
Emergency car repair I was traveling through when my car suddenly developed a drop in power. I found this dealership and drove in. They found a way to get my car scheduled in to get checked out. As soon as they found the problem a replacement part was next day shipped, I was given a ride to a local hotel and picked up the next day. My car and I were back on the road with as little inconvenience as possible! They even put me to the front of the line and on my way by first thing in the morning. I really appreciated the friendly supportive staff! More
